Sava Ram, aged 45, Goojur by caste, and native of a village called Meoda, in the neighbourhood of Gwalior, was admitted into the Thomason Hospital on the 6th instant, suffering frjm a peculiar horn-growth of more than sixteen months' standing. lie is a strong man of good make and healthyconstitution. The horn?as I must call it, for it does resemble one in form, colour, and texture?is a hard, straight, and somewhat conical body growing from the right side of the abdomen, midway between the last rib and the crest of the ilium, and measuring inches in length, and 4 inches in circumference at its root. Like a horn, it is round and pointed, slightly curved at its extremity, and surrounded by hard and elevated skin
